Cottonwood Golf Club is one of the finest San Diego public golf courses offering affordable green fees and ideal playing conditions. Cottonwood Golf Club offers 18-holes of picturesque golf. The Ivanhoe Course was previously used by the PGA Tour and provides a golfer friendly round for all playing abilities from young to old, beginners or advanced. The course provides a relaxing atmosphere as you are surrounded by the rolling hills of Ranch San Diego. The Club is located just 20 minutes from downtown San Diego among the rolling hills of Rancho San Diego providing a quiet and peaceful public golf experience.

After you have completed your round of golf, enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in our Clubhouse offering a daily lunch and drink specials. Seating is available inside or outside with scenic views overlooking the driving range and features large plasma televisions throughout the Clubhouse offer the perfect place to view your favorite sporting event.

Cottonwood Golf Club Local Rules as of 3.1.2017

  • USGA Rules Govern all play except where Local Rules apply.
  • Each player must have their own set of clubs and bag.
  • All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from the Cottonwood Golf Club ONLY.
  • No ball hawking or fishing.
  • All fences and roadways are Out of Bounds.
  • Free drop from maintenance paths and cart paths.
  • Please repair all ball marks, rake bunkers, replace divots.
  • Please keep pace with the group in front of you at all times.
  • 18 holes of golf should be completed in 4 hours. Should you take longer, you are depriving other golfers from enjoying this facility.
  • Proper golf attire is required and we are a soft spike facility.
  • Flower beds and mulched areas are free drop.
